Good care starts with knowing the finish
Appropriate care depends on the project’s material, finish and hardware. Keep the supplied guidance and manufacturer recommendations where relevant. If you are unsure which product to use, ask before applying a cleaner, polish or treatment.
- Avoid leaving liquids on surfaces; attend to spills promptly.
- Use a soft cloth and only products compatible with the finish.
- Do not force a door or drawer that resists movement; report the issue.
- Do not assume a finish is intended for constant water or heat exposure.
How to report a concern
Describe what is happening, when you noticed it and which part is affected. Overall and detail photos help explain the situation. Include the project reference and keep the documentation so the scope and applicable conditions can be reviewed.
Warranty conditions belong in writing
Duration, coverage, exclusions and the service process need to be specified for the project. No lifetime or blanket warranty is stated without confirmed conditions. Third-party components may have their own instructions and terms.
